The OpenInfreno team requests that folks who wish to participate in our events register beforehand to assure that there is room available for them. You do not have to use your real name, a handle or pseudonym is perfectly acceptible. We do not ask for much, but we would like the information on this form to be filled out completely. Forms without the required information will be rejected (we do not distribute your information beyond the team for any purposes.) While walk-ins may be accepted for the event, those who register ahead of time have priority over walk-ins. You do not have to register if you only plan on watching the event, as open seating is available for spectators (though if it is at a conference, you'll be required to pay the conference fee even if you only intend to spectate.
Attention: Individual registrations (those who do not register a team to compete) are welcome. You will be allowed to choose a team to participate on during the event (and will have priority over walk-ins.) Just fill in the form and leave the team fields below blank. We'll send you an email informing you that you have been accepted as an individual, and you'll be able to check-in on the day of the event.
Attention Groups: Please fill out the team sections if you are registering for a group (team) to compete in the event. The minimum size for a team is three people, any less than three should just register as individual registrations (see above.) Please only include participating members of your team in the size count...anyone can watch, but we only care about those who are interested in playing.
We are an equal opportunity game playing organization, and all entries are welcome. We will not discriminate against players (so long as they have followed the rules and have not been banned due to cheating in the past or they are part of the OpenInfreno Developers team.)
There is no charge associated with registering or participating in any event (though for events at conferences, you'll need to pay the conference fee to attend the conference.)
